Our challenge was to install a new Butler Manufacturing MR-24 Standing Seam Metal Roof over Roof with a rack system holding 912 solar panels WITHOUT roof penetrations, maintaining the integrity and warranty of the standing seam roof.

Butler MR-24 Re-roof, October update: the roof is complete and solar panel racks have been installed. Next step: 912 Solar panels will be connected to the rack mounting system.
Installation of the solar panel racks are nearly complete. The racks are attached to the new Butler MR-24 roof with clips that withstand hurricane wind loads. This rack mounting system will hold 912 solar panels when this project is complete.
